The implementation of list pricing caused construction enterprises have to bearthe risk of measures to project costs, it is enterprises’ idea, and shall not be changedfreely.In this paper, it is gonging to discuss how to predict measure project’ costseffectively and manage inventory valuation in mode.(1)First, using the BP neural network builds appropriate measures’ project costforecasting model, and then based on the CRC project’ data to propose measures’project cost prediction method, Contrasted with the stepwise regression modelanalysis, the result means which based on BP network prediction model has betterstability and accuracy.(2) Target management measures project experience in the field of engineeringand technical personnel combined with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) methodto determine the specific measures the proportion of the project in total measuresproject costs, and thus determine the specific measures the cost of the projectobjectives, project measures in according to the target cost control.(3) Do technical and economic construction technology program, multi-attributeselection, to determine the optimal solution.
