The double liquid sulphoaluminate cement-based grouting material(Abbreviation,SACGM) in mine is a new mine grouting material, which has the features of early highstrength, the high coagulate–rate, little expansion and durability good. The propertiesstudy is aim to do some essential researches for application.At present the researches of sulphoaluminate cement-based grouting material onchemical shrinkages, volume stabilization and hydration heat are less, especially therelated literature on chemical shrinkages did not consult. The influence of chemicalshrinkages, volume stabilization and hydration heat on performance with the differentcomposition and particle size arestudied.The results of the study show: chemical shrinkages of SACGM is7.8mL. Thechemical shrinkages can be suppressed by improving W/C, aggravating cement particlesize and reducing free water. Lithium salt early strength agent and compounding withadmixture can increase chemical shrinkages.The inflation rate can be reducing cement particle size and increasing environmenthumidity. Under standard maintenance conditions, the inflation rate can be improved byaggravating W/C,Mixed with Lithium salt early strength agent and phosphate seriesretarder can improve inflation rate; Under dry empty maintenance condition volumeexpansion change into volume shrinkage; Under water maintenance condition theexpansion of volume is the largest.The hydration heat can be decreased by reducing W/C and minishing cementparticle size. Lithium salt, Sodium salt and Calcium salt early strength agent can reducehydration heat and accelerate the rate of hydration. Phosphate series retarder andnaphthalene series water reducing agents can reduce hydration heat and slow down therate of hydration.Combining with an actual project application, the matched grouting techniques isresearched. SACGM is a superior grouting material, with good grouting results.
