Early-strength agents and retarding superplasticizer admixture can improve the superfine sulphoaluminate cement-based grouting material early strength and performance, and it offers the possibility that the application of superfine sulphoaluminate cement-based grouting material in the soft coal seam.So it has very important significance for the clean,safe,efficient mining.Effect of different flash setting and early strength agent only mixed and compound mixed on the performance of superfine sulphoaluminate cement-based grouting material was fistly researched in this paper. The study found that mix in lithium carbonate, sodium sulphate, sodium fluoride, sodium silicate can improve the strength of the grouting material, the enhancement function of partial sodium aluminate to the strength of the grouting material is not obvious, whereas aluminum has certain weaken function on the strength of grouting material. Flash setting and early strength agent compound mix tests showed that the effect which lithium carbonate-sodium sulphate,lithium carbonate-sodium silicate,lithium carbonate-fluorite,lithium carbonate- sodium fluoride,lithium carbonate-sodium fluoride-fluorite etc. is mixed with appropriate proportion is better than only mixed. And the optimum ratio: lithium carbonate0.2%-sodium fluoride0.5%-fluorite2% can effectively enhance superfine sulphoaluminate cement-based grouting material 4h, 8h and 1d compressive strength, and moreover, the compressive strength in the case of the optimal ratio compares the blank samples in the same age to enhance separately 257%,196% and 109%. Through the TG - DSC and XRD test analysis showed that adding this flash setting and early strength agent can significantly improve the early formation of ettringite of superfine sulphoaluminate cement-based grouting material. Effect of retarding superplasticizer on performance of superfine sulphoaluminate cement-based grouting material was also studied in this article, the results showed that naphthalene superplasticizer, melamine superplasticizer, sodium gluconate, sodium polyphosphate, citric acid both significantly prolong the superfine sulfur aluminates salt cement base grouting material's setting time, furthermore, citric acid,sodium gluconate,sodium polyphosphate can markedly improve superfine sulfur aluminates salt cement base grouting material's viscosity and liquidity to keep time. Finally, effect of GZC admixture on performance of superfine sulphoaluminate cement-based grouting material in different w/c was studied.The study found: GZC admixtures have a very significant role to improve the early strength SSACGM under different w/c, When at w/c of 0.8, the 4h,8h,1d,3d and 28d compressive strength of superfine sulphoaluminate cement-based grouting material added GZC admixtures which were 187%,110%,57%,28% and 14% higher than the blank samples in the same age. |
