As the worldwide energy crisis and the growing environmental problems, research anddevelopment of renewable energy power generation becomes the subject of concern to allmankind, photovoltaic technology emerged and rapidly developed in this context. But in thelarge-scale deployment of solar grid power plants, the requirement of PV panels is very large.In order to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of the maximum power point outputtracking, the micro inverter came into being in this case.Under this background, this paper mainly do the following work:Firstly, introduce the development of photovoltaic power generation system backgroundand development status at home and abroad, then analysis circuit topology of the PV system,decided to adopt the two structures without transformer, the former grade use Boost circuit,completed the maximum power point tracking; after using full-bridge inverter circuit, DCreversed into frequency alternating current to complete the grid.Secondly, the model and the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells, several of themost commonly used, the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) method are compared, andvariable step size and fixed step size perturbation observation method SIMULINK simulation,the results show that variable step size perturbation observation method to fast track themaximum power point voltage. Several island effect detection method is then analyzed andcompared, simulate active frequency drift method. Then improve active frequency drift methodand simulate it again.Finally, Selection and design of each part of the circuit components parameters, and designof the AC side voltage and current sampling circuit simulation using Saber, introduce theprinciple of SPWM, wave generated interrupt service flowchart to build a experimentalplatform, after commissioning to verify the feasibility of the scheme, to achieve the desireddesign goals.
