Generally, only the thermal-physical properties gained in tests with summercondition are taken into consideration in the actual design of GSHP system, whileproperties in winter condition are ignored. This kind of simplification saves time andlowers the cost during test, but it is not precise enough. The apparatus for thermalresponse test in cooling condition are not popular in current researches, and the test-bedfor synchronized cooling and heating response has not been put into use.In view of the above questions, this paper researches the basic soil composition todiscover the differences and connections between rock-soil thermal properties incooling and heating response tests. Some significant data from real tests are taken intoconsideration in this research to prove relevant theory. In this paper, a double condition (water-water/water-air) heat pump is selected asthe main device in the design of cooling-heating resource system, and an electric heateris selected as an auxiliary heating device. This paper offers two schemes for the designof cooling-heating resource system. And based on this resource system, the test-bed forsynchronized cooling and heating response is designed and partly assembled..To better study the performance of the test-bed, a model is built in TRNSYS, andplenty of reliable data is achieved with the help of this simulation software. In addition,a modified control scheme is offered to maintain the stability of heat flow when thedevices of cooling-heating resource are under the operation. In a word, this paper focus on the realization of synchronized cooling and heatingthermal response test. The design of the cooling-heating resource system is the keyresearch contents. Relevant auxiliary systems are also designed to make up the wholetest-bed for synchronized cooling and heating response. The simulation test and controlstrategy are involved in the research.
