Buried pipe ground source heat pump system, also known as coupling heat pump system is a kind of using shallow soil temperature energy as an energy source in the soil of advanced high efficiency and energy saving, no pollution, low operating cost as well as heating is a new type of air conditioning refrigeration technology. As government support, encourage and user’s propaganda, and ecological environment protection is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and the increased awareness of energy conservation, building environment and the continuous improvement of living standards, ground source heat pump system because of its save conventional energy, make full use of renewable energy, and reducing environmental pollution and resource destruction and other significant advantages is widely used at home and study. Relative to the primary energy combustion to receive the traditional heating mode of heat heating, ground source heat pump technology can effectively increase the energy utilization efficiency, reduce the consumption of conventional energy. But in northern cold region in China, the winter heating load is greater than the summer cooling load, the application area of soil source heat pump has some questions, if there is an annual soil take put heat imbalance, soil source heat pump for a long time after the operation can make the soil temperature gradually decline, reduce the system efficiency.Aiming at this problem, this paper puts forward application through the design of heating and cooling area to solve cold region soil source heat pump is easy to the problems of "cold accumulation". Select a public building cold region Changchun as the research object, using TRNBuild computing architecture and based on the hourly load area partition method for design of ground source heat pump heating and cooling area, make soil temperature compensation effectively. According to the climate conditions of cold region, the transient system simulation program TRNSYS software as the platform structures, soil source heat pump system model, the software module of various parameters in setting a reasonable according to the design data for simulation, simulation system for long-term operation of the soil temperature change, the results found that under the condition of the heating and cooling area to match the soil source heat pump system in the region can achieve stable operation state.This article for soil source heat pump system in cold areas use the imbalance provides some theoretical basis, the limited conditions, this paper only in Changchun area the operational status of ground-source heat pump system simulation, the result has yet to be verified through practice, the results of this paper is to a certain extent, can provide reference for actual design, operation and management.
