Space-borne two-axis driven mechanism’s end pose accuracy is the measurethe quality of important index. Along with to satellite communications, satelliteposing function unceasing demand. The satellite communication ability and poseaccuracy is requirement of the more and more high. Thus ensure and enhanceantenna two-axis driven mechanism’s pose accuracy is particularly important, andpose accuracy analysis is very necessary. Take a satellite antenna two-axis drivenmechanism as the research object. The Main analyzes the driven mechanismstructure parameter’s error, as well as in special space thermal environment of thejoints thermal deformation influence of the end posing accuracy.First of all, using D-H method established two-axis driven mechanism’s endpose description model. It is need to consider the key structure parameters as D-Hparameters, by analyzing the structural parameters to describe the pose of the end.Write repeatability, extensibility analysis software to calculate the pose error of theend. Checking whether the model of the end pose describe is right. Then, analysis the end pose error when contains structure parameters error.Get the end of pose error’s distribution domain, and analyze the larger end ofpose’s error, in which input. Calculation of the structure parameter’s affecting thesensitivity of the end of pose error. Provide the efficiency guidance on how toimprove of the end pose accuracy. In the above, base on this research. Consider the work condition in thethermal environment. Mainly analyze the joint thermal deformation. Get jointthermal deformation, and make the joint thermal deformation as equivalentstructure parameters error. Integrate consider structure parameters to get togethererrors are analyzed the end of pose error. With only contain structure parameterserror the end of pose error is compared. Analyze the thermal deformation to theend of pose error influence. Guiding two-axis-pose mechanism design and onorbital error compensation.
