Based on the characteristics of nonfrosting air-source heat pump system,seasonal regeneration and real-time regeneration of dehumidification solution, aswell as their operation strategy and work processes are proposed.By analyzing and comparing the properties of liquid desiccants that arecommonly used, the liquid desiccants that can be used in the nonfrostingair-source heat pump system are selected. Firstly, making a comparison amongseveral organic desiccant solutions such as glycerol solution and triethyleneglycol solution from surface vapor pressure, viscosity and solidifying point, theglycerol solution can be used as dehumidification solution of the nonfrostingair-source heat pump system. Afterwards, frequently-used inorganic desiccantsolutions such as lithium chloride solution, lithium bromide solution and calciumchloride solution are compared from surface vapor pressure, the corrosion ofmetal, economy and so on. The results of comparison show that these three liquiddesiccant solutions all can be used as dehumidification solution of thenonfrosting air-source heat pump system. According to the operationcharacteristic of NASHP system and ensuring the dehumidification solutionsnon-crystallizable between the temperature ranges of operation, concentrationrange of the above four dehumidification solution is determined through analysisand calculation.The outdoor air condition point of seasonal regeneration and real-timeregeneration of solution for NASHP system is determined. The surface saturatedvapor pressure of glycerol solution, lithium chloride solution, lithium bromidesolution and calcium chloride solution at different temperature is computed inaccordance with formula. The regeneration temperature is obtained by comparedthe surface saturated vapor pressure of the four dehumidification solutions withthe vapor pressure of the air. By comparing the regeneration temperature withcondensing temperature of NASHP system, we analyze the feasibility of differentdehumidification solution.On the basis of the dehumidify capacity in the represent cities in the whole year, the quality of different dehumidification solutions, as well as the volume ofconcentrated solution can and dilute solution can is calculated in seasonalregeneration of solution for NASHP system. On the basis of the dehumidifycapacity in the represent cities in the whole day of the worst day in the year, thequality of different dehumidification solution, as well as the volume ofconcentrated solution and dilute solution is calculated in real-time regenerationof solution for NASHP system. Compare the quality of dehumidification solutionof the two regeneration methods, and it provides the basis data for the applicationof the nonfrosting air-source heat pump in diffident cities.
