Energy, as an important material basis, is the essential resources for human’sdevelopment. Energy consumption increases as the human society progresses.Excessive use of energy not only does harm to the human development, but alsopollutes the environment of the earth. Especially in industrial field, a huge waste ofenergy consumption exerts great pressure on the environment. Therefore, it becomes acommon concern of the research that how to make use of the abandoned waste heat toreduce energy consumption, improve energy efficiency and reduce the pollution to theenvironment.According to the tail flue gas temperature and gas ingredient of the domesticindustrial boiler99MW, this subject made an introduction of the existing methods ofrecycling waste heat and analyzed the current utilization of the recycling system. Onbasis of the above three points and the characteristics of boiler’s tail flue gas, waste-heatrecycling system program was designed for recycling boiler’s tail flue gas in heatingseason, that is adopting the heat exchanger flue gas side series and water side series. Itstudied on the current applicable waste heat recycling equipment of boiler’s tail flue gasand analyzed two methods of heat pipe heat exchanger and wavy plate heat exchanger.According to the merits and demerits of existing heat transmission equipment, thesubject chooses a wavy plate heat exchanger of high thermal efficiency, not easy grey,small resistance, and compact equipment as the recovery heat equipment of boiler fluegas.Based on the designed waste heat recycling program and the features of the heatexchanger, the first and secondary heat exchanger gas side outlet temperature156℃/130℃、130℃/110℃are adopted respectively with354.75t/h as the flow of water side,and wavy plate heat exchanger was designed to meet demands of waste heat recyclingof boiler’s tail flue gas. A numerical estimation analysis is made to the first heatexchanger to get the heater situation of gas side, fly ash, bonding of fly ash on thesurface of the exchanger, and flow and warming situation of the heat exchanger waterside.The subject takes an economical estimation of a heating season under a99MW full loadoperation of the boiler, and3.599MW heat can be recycled under the scheme. Thecombustion heat value is14375kJ/kg, saving Lignite burning0.39tons,0.482CO2和33ton SO2。This shows that the heat recycling research to the boiler tail gas is benefit to theenergy saving and emission reduction, which has great significance to improve theeconomic benefit of the enterprise.The results of this study provides a reference for improving the functions of heat exchanger equipment of waste heat recycling and enhancing the waste heat recyclingefficiency of boiler’s tail flue gas.This subject from the―12th Five-Year‖National Science and Technology SupportProgram of China―cold district heating system energy saving key technology and engineering demonstration‖(2011BAJ05B04) and―the urban district heating energy efficientplanning and key technology research and demonstration‖(2012BAJ04B01).
