| As a fast, comfortable, convenient transport, taxi becomes more and morepopular for residents, the proportion of taking a taxi sustained and rapid growth. Taxiprovide convenient services to residents, at the same time, bring new problems andchallenges to the urban transport system.On the one hand, the urban city taxi alwayshas the low actual carrying rate and is empty taxi in non-peak hours; on the otherhand, peak time taxi travelling problems have become residents’ big troubles. As anew form of taxi operations, taxi ride-sharing gradually get the attention of the urbantraffic managers. Taxi ride-sharing not only can reduce the cost of passenger travel,decrease the number of city taxi, but also can increase taxi efficiency during peakhours, conservate energy, and ease traffic congestion.In the first place, this article described and introduces the purposes of domesticand international ride-sharing, on the basis of which, analysed the feasibility of taxiride-sharing in China from technical, social and practical three aspects. Taxi pricingfactors were discussed, and describes theory of taxi level, analysied the taxi level ofHarbin and Shenzhen.Secondly, this paper established a conventional taxi pricing model, aride-sharing taxi pricing model based on the percentage and a ride-sharing taxipricing model based on the fairness, used a simple example to compare the threemodels, analysied the changes of taxi driver earnings and passenger fees. Proposed ataxi ride-sharing price model considering the setting of station, analysied thenecessity of setting taxi ride-sharing station, devided the type of taxi ride-sharing andthe type of taxi ride-sharing station, respectively established the taxi ride-sharingprice model considering the setting of starting point station and the taxi ride-sharingprice model considering the setting of intermediate point station.Finally, according to the development of Harbin taxi and the taxi operationstatus, analysied the ownership, operation status, and the taxi price development ofHarbin. Set Harbin as an example, made an assay of the taxi ride-sharing price modelconsidering the setting of station. Described the effect of taxi ride-sharing in Harbinfrom taxi driver income, passenger charges, and proposed relevant policyrecommendations for the taxi in Harbin. |
