Due to the cold climate in the cold regions of northern China, the winterheating energy consumption is big, and basic heating heat source is conventionalenergy sources of coal, natural gas, the pollution is serious. Ground source heatpump (GSHP), as a kind of clean and renewable energy technology, is applied moreand more widely. But, in the north cold regions, because the winter heating load ismuch bigger than the summer cooling load, so the temperature of the soil willdecrease year by year and lead to the soil ground temperature to be imbalanced,caused the efficiency decrease of the GSHP system, and even failure.According to this problem, this paper developed a new compensation method,regulated the heating/cooling area, partitioned control the Ground source heatpump (GSHP) system to compensate the heat. The method is based on buildingsummer cooling area of ground source heat pump, in accordance with the principleof load matching, obtained the area of the winter use of ground source heatpump(GSHP) heating required, by regulating the heating/cooling area, the areaparted. Part of the construction area use ground source heat pump (GSHP) forheating in winter, the rest of the construction area are using central heating, insummer use ground source heat pump for cooling. This method provides apractically and effectively way to solve the problems of the cold regions “coolaccumulation”in the ground source heat pump(GSHP) system.In order to prove the reliable and superiority of this method, this paper hascarried on Partitioned design to the ground source heat pump system, take a groundsource heat pump system of a college in Changchun as the example, uses thespecific design and simulation of running. Through an instance of designcalculations, in order to ensure the row of the heat balance in the summer andwinter soil, this project use ground source heat pump in summer cooling area of5808square meters, there is a need to match the ground source heat pump heatingsupply for an area of3590square meters. And run a simulation study with TRNSYSsoftware system research, the results showed that: when the system moves for1year, the inlet and outlet temperature of underground pipe is greater than theaverage soil temperature, the temperature difference is big between heat productionand there is adequate capacity for cooling; for heating season, the average soiltemperature is greater than the inlet and outlet temperature of underground pipe,and can ensure a certain degree of temperature difference, shows that the heat pumpcan be efficient and smooth running. The simulation system runs for20years, in10 years, the soil temperature drop is relatively apparent, then after10years the soiltemperature drop is basically stable, the system can be highly efficient operation.Through the foregoing analysis, a description of the compensation method isfeasible in the northern cold regions. Finally, the TRNSYS software systemparameters on the operational characteristics of simulation analysis shows that: thepipe depth, pipe spacing, the rock type of system is running great. It Shouldconsider the depth of the area, building load characteristics and other factors,reasonably match the needs of the system, ensure that the system is efficient,economical operation.In this paper, a new compensate for the imbalance of soil temperature havebeen proposed, through the ground source heat pump system sectional design andoperation simulation research, make our country northern cold region to betterapplication of soil source ground source heat pump technique.
