Lifting platform is applied widely in the industry and cultural entertainment, it hasgood development prospects, the core technology is the control system and controlsoftware. High stability, high reliability and automation is today’s trends, a good controlsystem related to the overall performance of the lifting platform. With the developmentof industry and increasing the needs of culture and arts. Therefore, it is necessary tostudy large lifting platform.In view of the shape of the lifting platform and large stroke, the paper designs athree-point driving mode. Driving platform rise and fall synchronous through the threeelectro-hydraulic servo valve motor. Because the three motors drive a common platform,synchronization of the three motors is the key, which is the focus of this study.This paper establishes a mathematical model based on system characteristics,deduces the transfer function of the hydraulic drive system and simplifies reasonable.Based on the classical control methods, the thesis proposed synchronization errorfeedback correction method to design a synchronization control strategy, and greatamount of research work are done based on Matlab/Simulink simulation. The resultsshow that the control strategy is reasonably practicable.For system with small parameter variations and outside interference, classicalcontrol methods can meet project needs, given that the system is strong time-varyingand nonlinear, This paper adopts model reference adaptive control theory, designed acontrol strategy based on reference model, inhibit the role of outside interference andthe coupling between the system effectively. By a large number of simulationexperiments show that the algorithm has strong adaptive ability and high accuracy tocontrol. The simulation results show that the proposed approach may give ratheraccurate servo tracking performance and is more robustness to the system parametervariation than PID does.For the convenience of the operator’s modification of the parameters, themonitoring and analysis of the sampled data. The paper design PC software by the useof Visual Studio2010, achieve automation control by communicating with PLC,enhance the intelligent control of system.
