FRP is a new composite material, which has many advantages, such aslightweight, high strength, nice environmental and fatigue resistibility. It wasintroduced to the civil engineering since the1990s and it was widely used in thereinforced concrete structure. Many tests showed that the main failure of theFRP reinforcement concrete structure is the FRP debonding. Anchorage candelay the occurrence of debonding effectively. This paper focuses onCFRP-concrete interface bonding behaviors with the effection of anchoringstrip, using the methods of numerical analysis and theoretical methods to studythe mechanism of anchoring strip deeply.First, this paper mainly studies the FRP-concrete interface bonding withthe effection of different widt hs and different lengths of anchoring strips. Bysingle-shear test results analysis, the results show that the FRP-concreteinterface bonding properties were seriously affected by the different anchoringstrips, such as ultimate bearing capacity, initial d ebonding capacity andbonding-slip curve. The maximum slip was influenced by the width of theanchoring strip.Second, at the base of three-parameter bonding-slip model this paperestablished FRP-concrete interface bonding properties mechanical model underaffection of the anchoring strip. This paper gives formula to calculate the stressof strength strip. The results of the numerical analysis has good agreement withthe experimental results, which shows the feasibility of the selected model andthe assumed boundary conditions. Finally, From the basic theory of bonding-silp and combined with theexperimental results, the paper analysised the bonding performance with theeffect of the anchoring strip and explained the mechanism of the anchoring strip. The new model can analysis the mechanism of the anchoring strip correctly.
