The rapidly and vigorously development of urbanization motivates theconstruction of high-rise building. Therefore, the research work of seismic resistancefor high-rise building has an important significance to disaster prevention andmitigation capabilities. However, traditional anti-seismic design method of seismicresistance mostly assume that the ground is rigid, ignoring the interaction offoundation to structure. Based on the research background, this article calculatesdynamic response of structure under earthquake in allusion to a super high-risebuilding in Tianjin.Firstly, this article gives the method of seismic wave input by deriving formulaof seismic wave based on viscous-spring artificial boundary. Then it validatesaccuracy and rationality of method of structure and foundation interaction and seismicwave input combining with calculation example. Furthermore, rationality of methodof viscous-spring artificial boundary and seismic wave input is validated withcondition of layered semi-space. Finally, dynamic response of a super high-risebuilding under the viscous-spring artificial boundary condition is calculated, and theresults are analyzed.The results show that viscous-spring artificial boundary can simulatesemi-infinite space, and the method of seismic wave input has a good fitting withdisplacement and acceleration response of free filed. Using this method, more realisticdynamic response of structure can be calculated. It can provide reference value to theresearch of seismic resistance for high-rise building.
