The harbor engineering is an important bridge to contact the trade between thecountry. Because of the superior characteristics, the high-pile wharf has became oneof the structures that’s commonly used in the port engineering. With the ship modelescalating, the load on the high-pile wharf is increasing. The survey found that thehigh-pile wharf is easy to be destroyed and hard to be repaired. So more and moredesigners and researchers pay their attention to the force state and reliability of thehigh-pile wharf.Based on investigation, analysis and summary, the impact factors of the resistanceand the statistical characteristics of resistance about the concrete members has beenput forward by this article. According to the survey, the statistical characteristic of thecommon loads have been summarized. The whole structure model has been created bythe Finite element calculation software-ANSYS. During the calculation, Theinteraction of pile and soil was simulated by using the nonlinear spring using the p-ycurve method. Compared the calculation results of conventional theory model, we canget the conclusion that it’s necessary to use the whole structure model to analysis thestructure.The internal forces distribution of the pile foundation has been analyzed as weightloads, ship impact force and uniformly distributed load is applied to the model.Through the analysis, the law between internal force of the pile foundation and thechange of the load was obtained. In allusion to the damage characteristics of the pileunder horizontal loads and vertical loads, the bending capacity reliability and thevertical bearing capacity reliability were analyzed. In the process of the the bendingcapacity reliability, weight loads and ship impact force were considered. In theprocess of the the vertical bearing capacity reliability, weight loads and uniformlydistributed load were considered.In the statistical analysis of the variables in the limit state equation, according tothe specific parameters of the instance, specific solution process about the statisticalparameters of the resistance. Using the JC method and Mento Carlo method tocalculate the limit state equation, gain the reliable indicator. In addition, theadvantages and disadvantages between the two methods were compared in the article. On the basis of the analysis of single reliability, the entire high-pile wharf systemreliability has been simply described and calculated. These all will provide a referenceto the analysis of the high-pile wharf in future.
