Reliability study of pile foundation is an important branch of that of geotechnical engineering. In our country, scientists have begun to study pile foundation reliability since the end of eighty decade, and acquire many productions. But the great majority of them just study the common piles with equal section. For reliability analysis of squeezed branch piles, nobody do it to this day. Just because of this, based on the work of other people and the plenty of test data of squeezed branch piles, a reliability analysis of the vertical bearing capacity of single pile is made.1 , Analyzing the test data of squeezed branch piles. An appropriate method used to calculate the vertical ultimate carrying capacity of single squeezed branch pile is chosen through analyzing the limitation and shortcoming of existing methods.2, Statistics is analyzed. With the knowledge of probability theory, the general type that determines each basic variable distribution and the statisticalparameter is calculated.3, Calculating the reliable index β. Based on the plenty of work of forefathers, the limit state equation of single pile reliability analysis is established, and reliable index is calculated with the JC method compiled by FORTRAN language.4, Analyzing the influencing factors of reliable index. The major influencing factors of reliable index of squeezed branch pile are analyzed.5,Researching partial factors. The goal reliability of ultimate carrying capacity of single squeezed branch pile is determined, and excellent partial factor for fight force is analyzed and specified.
