Temperature is one of the basic parameters of the state of objects in nature, thermal imager using non-contact measurement to reflect the distribution of surfacetemperature detection equipment, has broad applicability. The evaluation of theperformance parameters of the thermal imager test required by high performanceblackbody standard target collimator, to ensure the accuracy of the measurement ofthe thermal imager. The purpose of the thesis work is to establish a set of calibration deviceperformance parameters for the thermal imager, thermal imager calibration of themeasurement parameters can be used to also be applied in the evaluation of theperformance parameters of the thermal imager. The main subject of research in industrial detectability of infrared imagingsystem based on national standards, test methods to study the main performanceparameters of the thermal imager complete test evaluation, selection of a suitabledevice configuration. Equivalent noise temperature difference (NETD) thermalimager test and temperature measurement consistency of the different test methods, draw the appropriate test means. Some parameters were not included in the nationalstandards, research, analysis and test results of measurement uncertainty.According to experience, field calibration for fixed mounted thermal imager forbody temperature measurement methods and procedures appropriate discussion. The final outcome of the subject is to establish a relatively complete set of testdevice, configuration of hardware equipment, perfect testing methods, the finalcompletion of the calibration and performance evaluation of the thermal imager. Thetest results and uncertainty analysis to verify the usefulness of the device.
