The rapid development of infrared imaging technology has made infrared imaging systems widely used in various fields at home and abroad.At the same time,the improvement of the function and performance of the infrared imaging system imposes higher requirements on the performance of the infrared imaging system detection equipment.According to the research status of infrared imaging system detection equipment and the domestic market's demand for infrared thermal imager performance parameter testing equipment,off-axis reflective thermal imager MRTD detection system is researched and designed,relying on the project commissioned by the enterprise unit,by studying the related theory of infrared imaging system testing equipment and referring to the requirements of technical indicators.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Four-bar target test method based on periodic targets is used to design the infrared thermal imager MRTD parameter detection system,and the detection system is divided into various functional modules for each functional module to be designed conveniently by studying existing infrared imaging system detection equipment and analyzing existing detection methods.(2)Off-axis reflection optical system is selected as the alignment system of this equipment by studying the infinity simulation technology and analyzing the characteristics of each different technology.The optical parameters of the primary and secondary reflectors of the optical system are determined,the mirror mounting structure and the mechanical support structure of the optical system are designed and ANSYS software is used to perform finite element analysis of the support base.(3)Power drive circuit,temperature measurement circuit and stepper motor drive circuit are designed by studying control algorithm,infrared radiation principle and temperature measurement principle,then the program-controlled infrared target systemis is designed.The combination of blackbody radiation temperature auto-disturbance control method and multi-point temperature measurement result after the least square fitting of platinum resistance temperature measurement method can reduce the external environment's interference with temperature measurement and improve the temperature control accuracy of surface source blackbody.(4)According to the software function of the upper computer,software function flow chart is drawn.Microsoft Visual Studio software development platform is used to design upper computer solution and control software.VC ++ language and MATLAB are combined to improve the accuracy of parameter measurement programming through denoising and filtering the video output image.(5)Assembly process of the system is discussed,the alignment process of off-axis parabolic reflector collimator and constants of the equipment are studied.The repetitive measurement experiment of MRTD parameters of infrared thermal imager is carried out with this instrument,the key problems and their solutions are studied during the use of the measurement system.The designed optical system meets the imaging quality requirements,and the surface source blackbody satisfies the temperature stability requirement.The detection system meets the requirements of the technical indicators through experimental verification and analysis of data results,the deviation of MRTD detection results is less than 5%,and the system is easy to use to get stable test results.
