| Steel concrete bond surface of the common problem of concrete-filled steel tube,the ultrasonic technology cannot make its good detection, so the bonding surfaceshedding of concrete-filled steel tube structure detection is an important issue for furtherstudy.Detection device for shedding problem in the steel pipe concrete bonding interface,this paper proposes as follows: a certain width of the steel plate into a steel ring weldedto the n roots with a certain resistance to deformation of the wire, and to ensure that thesteel plate ring between parallel; in each a certain angle strain gauge affixed along thevertical intervals along the360°direction on an iron tablets and certain water treatment,to ensure that the sensitivity of measurement; prior to the pouring of concrete-filled steeltube wire a certain extent, stretching welded to the steel pipe both ends of the wire, cutoff the top of each section of concrete-filled steel tube columns after the concretepouring.In this study, mainly to solve the adhesive off parts of the pipe wall, the coreconcrete and the bond intact parts of the deformation under load; the radius of the device;deformation capacity of the device in the construction of a strong resistance todeformation capacity, as well as in the component under load good deformation capacity;device power characteristics of the structure as a whole; enhance the integrity betweenthe device and the core concrete to ensure compatible deformation capacity of thedevices and components; to ensure waterproof performance of the device on themeasuring point, while the waterproof measures can not affect the device and thestructural integrity and coordination between the deformation capacityIn this paper, the above problem by calculating the analysis and demonstration, thefollowing conclusions: Obviously different parts of the strain off of the model proposedin this bonding surface of the concrete-filled steel tube steel pipe, the core concrete andbond intact; the radius of the detection device to take the core concrete columns0.96times the radius, both devices is well positioned to strain but also a good representativeof the required points have a good ability to resist deformation; detection devices in theconstruction of concrete filled steel tube structure, and structure with coordination of theintegrity of the deformation. |
