Solar energy is the eternal energy on the earth, the distributed energy systemusing solar energy is getting more and more attention. The ideal wishes that electricitywill come with sunshine can come true. Solar photovoltaic power ge neration uses thesemiconductor photovoltaic effect to convert solar radiation energy into electricenergy. Now, the mainstream of PV system is the PV grid-connected mode, namelyconnect the PV system to local power grid through the grid-connected inverter, thenredistribute the energy by the power system, such as provide energy for the local loador for electric peak shaving and so on.Photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is the equipment that convert the DC outputof solar cells into AC energy that meets the requirements of electric power system,then connect to the electric power, it is the core of energy conversion and controllingin the grid-connected PV system. The performance of photovoltaic grid-connectedinverter will determine whether the grid-connected PV system can operate stably,safely, reliably and highly active, and is the main factor that affects the service life ofthe whole system. Therefore, the grid-connected photovoltaic inverter detection haspivotal function for the safe and stable operation of the power grid. However, thecurrent national standard provides only the requirements of the protection function,but short of the corresponding testing rules and steps.In order to ensure the performance and safety of photovoltaic grid-connectedinverter, this paper researched and developed the photovoltaic grid-connected invertertesting platform, analyses the protection function and performance testing method andsteps of the grid-connected inverter. The whole system use KingView to design thesoftware controlling menu, realized the computer system integration and automationtest, ensured the accuracy and reliability of the test results, in addition, the PCintegration system has good usability, stability and expansibility.
