In recent years,with the gradual reduction of fossil energy such as oil and coal and the increasingly serious environmental problems,the photovoltaic grid-connected power generation industry has developed rapidly.The photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is the key equipment in the photovoltaic power generation system,and its function and reliability test is crucial to ensure the stable operation of the photovoltaic power generation system and the quality of the grid.There are too many test items during the R&D procedure of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter,and the test requirements change frequently,so the single function test system can't meet current test requirements.The test system studied in this paper is an open automatic test system.Users can freely assemble the test equipment they need,develop or edit the test items according to the actual requirements.Firstly,based on the study of the key technical indexes of the photovoltaic grid-connected inverter,this paper analyzed and sorted the testing technologies and methods of the inverter,such as voltage frequency response technology,grid-connected power quality,PV insulation detection,residual current detection,active power and reactive power control.Then,a hardware platform is built according to the requirements of the test item.The entire test platform is composed of IPC,photovoltaic simulator,grid simulator,power analyzer,oscilloscope and some test fixtures.The test platform needs to be compatible with GPIB,RS232,RS485,USB and other interfaces.At last,a set of automatic test system was developed with Lab VIEW language as the development platform.The test system realized hardware configuration,data collection,data processing,output report and other functions,and could complete most of the performance tests of photovoltaic grid-connected inverter.This automated test system adopts modularization design and is an open automatic test environment that can meet various test requirements.The introduction of automatic test system improves the test accuracy and efficiency of product development and shortens the entire product development cycle.
