In this article, take analysis of water pollution from the point of pipeline corrosion, which can be divided into two categories: chemical corrosion and biological corrosion.①The chemical corrosion chapter mainly includes morpHology, elementalcomposition and crystal structure of pipe scale, and then focus on the analysis of severalimportant factors affecting the pipe scale. Iron release is prevalent in the water supplynetwork, which is more serious in unlined cast iron pipe, and it can lead to the "redwater" pHenomenon directly. The stability of calcium ions, magnesium ions and othermetal ions is also an important source of water pollution. There is a great relationshipbetween the chemical corrosion and pipe material, the paper focuses on the corrosionproblems of ductile iron pipe and galvanized steel pipe which are mostly used as waterdistribution mains currently. Pipe age is also an important factor affecting pipelinecorrosion, which is more serious with the increase of age of pipe put into running.②Then analyze the impact of microbial biological on pipe corrosion in biologicalcorrosion chapter. The metabolites and dead body of heterotropHic bacterium which canconduct metabolism using the AOC in water cause the pollution the water. As well as,the presence of iron bacterium and ammonia oxidizing bacterium is a source of waterpollution. A layer of stable biofilm which forms after a period of pipeline operation canprevent corrosion intensifies temporarily, but fall off into the water by blocks whenstrong hydraulic flushing to destroy the quality of water supply. In addition, at the endof the pipe network, the attenuation of concentration of disinfectant, the bad watercirculation and the long duration lead to water pollution. In this paper, controlling theconcentration of AOC and MAP in the water are proposed as a method to inhibitbiological corrosion.③In the model prediction chapter, on the basis of the corrosion analysis, establishmodel using secondary exponential smoothing to forecast the value of frictioncoefficient C, and check and correct the predictive model using matlab software for dataprocessing and programming to adjust the trend. In this paper, take a DN300ductileiron pipe in a city in North China as example, establish the model to predict the value ofC, and then test the model using the measured data. By the test, the expectation of themodel error is5.20%and the standard deviation is1.11%.④There are many ways to control and prevent pipeline corrosion, the article focuses on the following three methods: firstly, improve the water quality of the factorywhich is the water supply source; secondly, select pipe material legitimately; thirdly, clean pipes regularly and use corrosion inhibitor after cleaning.
