The water supply pipeline is an important part of the urban underground pipe network and deeply affects the normal life of urban residents.As the running time of the water supply pipeline increases,corrosion aging is inevitable.It is due to the material defects and the complicated environmental factors.In severe cases,the risk of cracking and perforation may increase.Therefore,many of water supply pipelines which had ran many years are already in a very dangerous state.Therefore,the risk analysis of the water supply pipeline has been paid more and more attention.Accurate risk analysis,timely maintenance and repair can reduce the occurrence of water supply pipeline accidents and prolong the service life of the pipeline.After carefully analyzing the corrosion pipeline structure itself and the various causes of corrosion,I chose to mathematical models.First,the multi-level grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in mathematical model is used to analyze the failure probability of corrosion failure index.It analyzes the weight of each factor and the actual engineering index level to determine the membership degree of risk level and information reliability.Grayscale,and thus risk analysis.Secondly,the consequences of the operation risk of the water supply pipeline are identified.After the failure of the underground water supply pipeline,the tap water loss,the building damage,the residents stop the water,and the water in the low places.May affect in the normal life or the water quality indicators are caused by the corrosion.Even the human health also is caused.Then quantify the severity of the consequences from the aspects of life,property,environment,society and politics.Finally,the final risk analysis results are obtained through these two aspects.Through the above analysis,it can be found that when the depth of the metal pipe reaches 30%,the pipe has reached a medium risk,and if the corrosion position is a corrosion pit with stress concentration,the risk increases.If there is a lack of pipeline corrosion information,a mathematical model can be used to calculate the water supply pipeline risk.This paper takes two project as examples to calculate their risk probability and risk consequences,and provides some ideas for related research,which provides a basis for relevant departments to carry out reasonable maintenance and update.
