Cardiovascular disease is one of the serious diseases harms the human health, theWorld Health Organization named it as the first killer of human health. The root causeof the disease is the result of the structural or functional abnormity of the bloodvessel.Many patients died because they haven’t found the cardiovascular lesions in time.The detection technology of cardiovascular parameters currently are invasive、lowaccuracy、high cost and inconvenience, To a certain extent, hampered the timelydetection for cardiovascular disease patients or sub-health crowds. So to seek a stable、effective and economic noninvasive test method for detecting cardiovascular parameterswill be of great significance to prevent and diagnose cardiovascular disease.The test system of this paper is based on the methodology of cardiovascular fluiddynamics、the windkessel model of heart and blood vessels and Oscillometric method,the wrist pulse wave form obtained by pulse sensor and blood pressure sensor as theresearch object, designed the noninvasive cardiovascular parameters test system toevaluate the cardiovascular health condition. Finally, in order to verify the accuracy ofthe noninvasive cardiovascular parameters test system, we have done some experiments,the experimental data was processed by the SPSS statistical software, The results are inconformity with design requirements, the test system was reliability and stability, couldprovide valuable information about cardiovascular subjects, cardiovascular diseaseprevention and clinical diagnosis.The main works in this paper are as follows:(1)Consulted the pulse-wave theory、 the model of the windkessel and theoscillometric theory, summed up the calculation method of the characteristic parameterK and other Cardiovascular parameters based on the methodology of cardiovascularfluid dynamics and windkessel model with the radial artery, putted forward an improvedalgorithm based on the oscillometric method to test the blood pressure.(2)Put forward the whole design scheme for the test system based on thecharacteristics of the pulse wave signal and the blood pressure signal. Includeddesigning the test module for pulse wave and blood pressure measurement.(3)Designed and realized the software system based on the Visual C++language.(4)Finally, we made a set of experiments to verify the effectiveness and accuracyof the test system preliminarily,the results indicated the system could evaluate C、 cardiovascular health effectively.
