With the enhancement of environmental awareness, the reverse logistics developed rapidlyfor the main purpose of resource recycling and re-use. However, forward logistics and reverselogistics have been regarded as two independent systems, which results in a huge waste ofresources. Due to the rise of e-commerce, consumer demands for enterprise distribution servicequality become much stricter, Whether in time to meet customer demand has become animportant sign of whether the enterprise market competitiveness. Therefore, the rationalintegration of forward and reverse logistics, arrange delivery (recovery) of vehicle path, whichcan effectively reduce the cost of enterprise, enhance the economic benefits of logistics andimprove the service quality of the enterprise. In response to these circumstances, with theresearch background of the household appliance retail chain enterprises, explore the optimizationof integrated delivery vehicle routing for household appliances both forward logistics and reverselogistics, which is of great practical significance to reduce distribution(recovery) costs.First, elaborate the research background, the purpose, as well as the analysis of relevantresearch results at home and abroad, which is the theoretical basis for research. Introduces thetypes and characteristics of the household appliance chain enterprises forward logistics andreverse logistics. On this basis, research the integration distribution probability of forward andreverse logistics. Summed up the household appliances forward and reverse logistics integrationdistribution structure through the analysis of the similarities and differences of forward andreverse logistics and the influence factors of integration.Secondly, analysis and study the optimization method of integrated appliances distributionvehicle routing in-depth in the way of dynamic real-time. Establish the model in accordance withthe relevant constraints, assumptions and objective function. The paper designed an optimizationmethod to solve integrated appliances distribution vehicle routing problem. The method is theinitial path planning and real-time path optimization. The paper constructs an improved geneticalgorithm which is the combination of genetic algorithm and local search algorithm to plan theinitialization route and considers using the TS algorithm for real-time path optimization,Finally, simulate the optimization method of the real-time optimization of integrateddelivery vehicle routing by example. The results show that the optimization method proposed inthis paper is feasible and scientific. The results have a certain universal and decision-markingsignificance.
