The energy consumption level of household air conditioner is improvingconstantly with the development of globle environment protection consciousness. It isvital significance to explore and development energy-saving andenvironmental-protection technology of compressor for improving the performance ofair conditioner as comprssor is the main energy consumption component of airconditioner. The two cylinders of compound two-stage rolling piston compressor aresymmetrical arrangement with one axis which makes load torque variation tend to besatable and satisfies the application of high-power situation, and now compoundtwo-stage rolling piston compressor is the main development tendency for airconditioner’s compressor.To improve the performance of compressor and shorten development cycle ofnew production, the present work focuses on the optimization of cylinder height forone kind of demostic R410A compressor under conditions that the structureparameters of low-stage cylinder and the main structure parameters of high-stagecylinder unchangeable, with these, to get compressor that can be perfectly match withvapor-ingection air-conditioner system. The main work are reflect on the followingrespects.(1) The thermodynamic and dynamic mathematical models of compoundtwo-stage rolling rotor compressor have been set up, and the relation betweencompressor and refrigeration/heating system with intermediate vapor-injection hasbeen coupled;(2) The main performance parameters of compressor andrefrigeration/heating system have been analysed under different working conditionsbased on mathematical models by calling the physical property parameters of R410Afrom refprop7.0, and its curves have been output;(3) The two-stage cylinder height have been optimized by taking into theresults of performance parameters and the prototype was manufactured. According tothe relevant national standards for laboratory performance test and theoretical analysisto its experiment results are given.The enhanced vapor-injection air conditioner system with compound two-stagerolling piston compressor after optimization, the experimental results show that withvapor injection system compreesor power increased by0.8%~6.9%, when relativevapor-injection mass is close to that quanity caused by dryness,cooling COP can behigher5%~16%, heating COP can be most increased by10%, cooling capacity can behigher3%~7%, heating capacity can be most increased by18%,discharge temperature can be lower8~14℃, compressor efficiency can be higher5%~12%, high pressurestage volume efficiency can be higher5%~9%.
