Telescopic handler is a variety of small mechanical work for a fastwalking,lifting,handling equipment, small construction machinery.It is widely used inmodern industry, agriculture and construction. At present, most domestic telescopichandler walking system hydrostatic transmission,Because the structure of such asystem is compact,power-to-weight ratio,and the operation and control is very diverse,better transmission performance and efficiency.However,due to the subject the designcost constraints and the domestic hydraulic components technical backward,manydomestic telescopic handler will encounter a lot of problems in the actual use of theprocess,such as walking design speed is not up to the commutation impact isrelatively large, relatively poor reliability.My topic is analysis and proposed solutionsto these common problems of the telescopic handler.The subject for the study of a company’s XT670Series telescopic handlerprototype,I encountered on the the telescopic handler actual process of using badallowable design speed is not up to Valve match commutation impact of larger issuessuch as the optimization analysis;First telescopic handler walking system dynamicsanalysis, to draw the driving force at different operating conditions, select theappropriate walking system solutions, and hydraulic components Hydraulic SystemSelection checking.Test analysis of the static characteristics of the variouscomponents of a hydraulic component test platform, speculated that the factors thatmay lead to the failure of the telescopic handler driving: System relief pressure is toosmall, resulting in insufficient supply of motor traffic, thus affecting the speed; valvepilot valve opens too fast, resulting commutation instant pressure greater impact.Through the analysis, we re-tune to set the overflow of the system and modify thevalve pilot oil.The AMESim simulation analysis software walking hydraulic systemand hydraulic components and comparison with ideal performance curve, analysis ofthe dynamic characteristics of telescopic forklift truck in a variety of conditions when traveling vehicle. And use the XT670Series forklift truck prototype machineexperiment to test the feasibility of the optimization program,In order to solve theproblem telescopic handler encountered in engineering practice often provides sometheoretical basis.
