| With the development of society, the development of the ground space has becomeincreasingly limited, so the demand for the underground space becomes more and moreurgent. Double Shields TBM is the equipment for the development of the undergroundspace. Now China is not as good as other countries for Double Shields TBM technology.So the development of Double Shields TBM technology is very important.The main subjects of the article are the hydraulic system of gripper shoes of theimproved pump based on control mode and the cutterhead driving system for the DoubleShields TBMFirstly, according to the requirements of the customer, the article designs andintroductions the structural of the entire TBM, and improves for control mode of the pump.Double Shields TBM adapts to two different geological conditions by improvement.Taking the hydraulic system of gripper shoes for example, the article builds a model byusing AMESim software and the simulation is done for verifying the correctness of theimproved pump. Finally, the experiment proves the feasibility of improvement of controlmode of the pump.Secondly, the article gives detailed calculations and selections for some keycomponents according to the requirements and environmental of the cutterhead drivingsystem. The article proposes two different control schemes according to synchronousoperation load balancing of the motors in the cutterhead driving system. Two differentcontrol schemes are parallel motors speed control and follow master-slave control motortorque. Then the mathematical model of the cutterhead driving system is established.Finally, in order to guarantee stability and load balancing of the cutterhead drivingsystem in the working process, the paper introduces PID control respectively in twocontrol schemes and does simulation based on two control schemes by matlab software.Then the paper determines the more suitable solution. Fuzzy PID speed control isintroduced into the established scheme and fuzzy PID speed control is better than PIDcontrol. The results show that the fuzzy PID speed control of the motor torque following the master-slave control has more advantages. And the paper verifies the correctness of thescheme about PID control in follow master-slave control motor torque by the on-sitedebugging test. |
