In practical engineering, there are many machines and equipment installed onflexible basis. Previous studies of flexible structure test system are only built on thefoundation of single excitations and single vibration isolation, ignoring the machine’svibration coupling characteristics, so it can not simulate actual work of machine.Therefore, the research of multiple-input multiple-output active vibration isolation testwhich is based on multiple-oscillator isolation has far-reaching significance.With three cast steel masses to simulate multiple milling machines and a simplysupported flexible board to simulate flexible foundation, this paper builds an activecontrol test model of the milling machines and flexible foundation coupled vibration,which is becomes the test equipment and analyzes the index performance of theequipment in order to ensure the hardware system accuracy. Using Lab VIEW graphicalprogramming software to design the program of the signal generating, data acquisition,active control and control signal output, the test software system is established. The testdates which are in different conditions are analyzed, and then compared with thesimulation results. Although the errors are observed between the two, the general trend isuniform. Under the control of the optimal controller, the vibration of flexible foundationdecreases than which’s without control. Time domain response the biggest drop up to64%, frequency domain response of first order peak reduced by up to10dB, second orderpeak reduced by up to4dB. Thus the test model, simulation model, mathematical modeland the control method are validated to be correct, effective and practical.The test results show that the experimental implementation of active vibrationcontrol system which is based on piezoelectric ceramic actuator is feasible and effective.The result of the research indicates that by using the optimal controller the active controlover the coupled vibration between the CNC milling machine and the flexible foundationis effect.
