In order to simulate the working environment of the equipment more accurately, Multi-shaker Test Method is becoming a crucial technique in the vibration environmental testing. So, many kind of vibration testing systems using multipleshakers are being developed. Based on multiple-input-multiple-output(MIMO) linear system theory, this thesis presents the control algorithm, theoretical analysis and testing research on the MIMO sine sweeptest control systems.First of all, this paper reviews the domestic and international research in the field of development, introduces some research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the field. based on their study, this paper proposed multi-input multi-output control system decoupling matrix design ideas, design a control program of multiple-input multiple-output sine sweep vibration test control system. And proposed amendments to the control matrix, thus continuously iterative, constituted closed loop control system.Secondly, use the Matlab software complete control algorithm simulation, the initial validation of the feasibility of the control algorithm , providing a foundation for further study. Again, in the LabVIEW software platform to design a virtual instrument panel of multiple-input multiple-output sine sweep test control system, complete the preparation and implementation of control algorithms. Finally, complete the sine sweep tests to controll two points on the cantilever, test results show that the algorithm can make the control points of the response signal fast and stable convergence of the reference signal, verify the practicality and reliability of the design for multiple-input multiple-output sine sweeptest control systems.
