The paper is to study a kind of insulation sandwich structure plate structureperformance. Sandwich panel is made by a fiber cement board and EPS foam board. Fibercement board and foam board glued together. Two sandwich panels using bamboo nailmaintenance structure connected to form the exterior wall. This sandwich panel is usedinstead of a common metal surface sandwich panel. This situation is of great significanceto save steel, to reduce energy consumption, reduce carbon dioxide emissions and thedevelopment of recycling economy.First, studying its structure and properties through experimental means through thefiber cement on compressive and tensile and bending test to get its compressive and tensileand bending strength and modulus of elasticity. Sandwich structural panels produced usinga different adhesive shear test to get its shear strength. The adhesive is made of cement andlatex. The mass ratio of cement and latex are1:1,1:0.8and1:0.6. Through the sandwichstructure plate do shearing, axial compression and bending test to get its shear strength,compressive strength and bending strength. Through the reference sip plate use standard, tofind sandwich structure plate normal conditions of using.Second, the sandwich structure panels is studied as a sandwich beam. Sandwichbeam work principle and H-steel phase approximation. Analysis of sandwich beambending state to put forward sandwich structure plate bending deflection equation.Deflection Formula corrected through the test results. Finally, The deflection the formulabe able to the actual application.At present, Our country has not design specification for non-metallic sandwich plate.Therefore, through the research result can provide reference for the engineering.
