Because the thin-walled and the sandwich have varying porosity, thischaracteristic realize the structure that light weight and multi-function. So it is becomeone of the hot materials. Compare to porous bubble thin-walled and sandwich theorderly grid type sandwich is more strong, more high energy absorption, more easyprocessing, shape rules, light quality, clear stress and other advantages. In recent years,it has become the hot spots and front research for the domestic and foreign scholars.This paper is to research the bending performance and elastic-plastic mechanicsperform and destruction form and destruction rule of the sandwich because of it iswildly used in civil engineering, aerospace engineering, marine engineering,automobile protection engineering and so on.It is done a base-material CCS-B marine steel tensile test for the sandwichinterlayer board in this paper, it is concluded that the steel elastic modulusE, yieldstrengthσ_uand strength limitationσ b, elongationδ and limit area reductionψ, and toobserve the various phenomena in the process of tensile test of the two specimens,draw the steelσ εcurve andp δcurve, the results provides some references forstudy the mechanical properties of sandwich interlayer board.In this paper, use ABAQUS software to establish the finite element model ofsandwich, and run the numerical simulation for the sandwich structure. Based on thestress-strain diagram of sandwich plate, it is concluded that the disadvantage zoneappeared at the middle core plate and the cross system connection of the sandwich.When the displacement are15mm and130mm, the disadvantage zone is first appearyield and destruction. Accord to the three dimensions stress can obtain that the destroyform is tensile failure. The analysis results explain that the disadvantage zone anddestruction form of the CCS-B Marine steel well, the study has a certain practicalsignificance in test and research for the sandwich further.
