With infrastructure investment continued increasing, prestressed concrete constructionmethod has been widely used in bridge engineering.At the same time, the grouting quality isknowed as one of the key factors to control the safety and durability of the structure.To ensuregood operating condition, it’s important to detect channel grouting density, discover diseasetimely,then take remedial measures to control the disease development.Due to the selection method of the test wave and detection principle, non-destructive testingtechnology has inherent weaknesses.It can’t assurance the reasonable assessment of quality for30m even longer, also can’t form a complete evaluation system.This paper analyzes the groutingdefects,study ultrasonic detection technology application in grouting quality,improve the qualityjudge methods which rely on analogy judge by staff on ultrasonic testing concrete defects.Relyon mathematical and statistical methods,the judge gives probability method and empiricalmethod to determine the status of the measuring point,make assessment criteria from blurring toembodiment. Study the elastic wave full-length detection, and give out error analysis of the testresults and assessment grading. Full-length detection method can’t determine the scope of thedefects because of qualitative detection.So combine ultrasonic detection method, develop itsadvantages and avoid disadvantages,propose joint detection technology with elastic wave initialdetection and ultrasonic secondary detection to fix defect range. Against single parameterstatus,using support vector machine technology,by extracting multiple parameters of the detectedwaveform in the specific detection status,after samples for training can get defect classificationmodel which provides a fast and accurate judgment for data.In addition, the detection results sometimes are misjudged,it isn’t detecting apparatus,sampling theory, sampling accuracy problem, but the obtained detection data processingmethod.Wavelet analysis has the multi-resolution characteristics which take advantage localizedin the time domain and frequency domain.It has played a huge role in detection transient signalin waveform signal.Finally, use Matlab analysis software,decompose stress echo getted fromcross-sectional detected based on selected wavelet,view distortion point of the signal in thehigh-frequency signal which offer another way to improve instrument signal processing method.
