| In recent years, China’s sudden water pollution incident appears frequently. Asa serious threat to the environment of the water source, it has affected the safety ofthe quality of water and caused a wide range of public and government concern. Thesudden water pollution highlights the need for the construction of the assessmentand screening system of the emergency response technology of the water source.This study focuses the sudden water pollution of the river drinking watersource through an extensive collection of materials. The establishment of theassessment and screening methods can provide the basis for the response of suddenenvironmental pollution incident.First, after the analysis of the river water source sudden pollution events fromthe past25years, the general characteristics and law of development of China’s riverwater source sudden pollution obtained. The basic data to choose the bestemergency response technology of the sudden water pollution incidents wasprovided by building a case base of the pollution incidents.Second, on the basis of global research to the emergency disposal technology,the applied technologies were combed. A laboratory simulation of activated carbontechnology used in the emergency was made by using humic acid as a pollutionsource of sudden pesticide pollution incident. By the determination of the adsorptionisotherm, the analysis of the method for determining the powder activated carbondosing location and the dosage realized.Third, taking into account that it should be distinguished between the severityof sudden pollution incident as a precondition of the the emergency technologyselection, this paper establishes the emergency assessment system of river watersources. Corresponding to a different level of emergency, the emergency responsescreening index system and the assessment method of emergency responsetechnology were built.Finally, with the Songhua River as an example, the hydrological parameterswere determined by the combination of calculation and measure. Using the numerical solution of the two-dimensional water quality model, the simulation ofthe degradation and the migration process was made. Using the result of the divisionof Songhua River drinking water source protection zones, the emergency assessmentand screening system was verified by the Songhua River water pollution incidents. |
