Heat pump integrated system with triple-sleeve energy storage exchangers is a new kindof multisource heat pump air conditioning system. It combines the solar collectors, airsource heat pump and the triple-sleeve energy storage exchangers. This system caneffectively use the clear energy of solar and air instead of the conventionalair-conditioning system limited. It can not only save the running cost, but also relievethe power nervous and environment pollution.The system can operate in different modes according to the climate conditions or thedemands of consumers by a simple control strategy. In total, it has ninecommondifferent running modes: cold supply mode in summer; cold storage mode in summer;cold release mode in summer; heat storage mode in winter; heating mode using heatstorage in winter; heating mode using air source heat pump in winter; heat storage andheat release using solar heat pump mode in winter; heat mode using air source pumpand heat storage in winter; supply domestic hot water mode using solar energycollection.In this paper, I improve many design details of the experiment system base on ourresearch group’s experimental study of heat pump integrated system with triple-sleeveenergy storage exchangers, and build a new experimental table of the key unit,triple-sleeve energy storage exchanger. Design the experimental flow graphs of5mainrunning modes.Study the operation characteristics of the experiment system and prove its feasibilityfurther. Observing and analyzing the operating rules under the effect of differenttemperature, pressure and the volume of triple-sleeve energy storage exchangers.After the complete analysis with the result of the experiment, I try to evaluate the expectof putting this system into market. Simulate the villa’s year-round cold and heat loadwith DesT-h software. Select specific components of the heat pump integrated systemwith triple-sleeve energy storage exchangers, and formulate the annual operationstrategy base on the change of the basis of load, the sunshine amount, the outdoor airtemperature and the Peak cereal electrovalency arrangement, etc. Using Matlab simulatethe operation mode switch of the system and calculate the system’s annual operationenergy consumption.Compare with the split air conditioning system. Evaluate how longthe capital can be recovered, andanalyse the method to cut the time of recovering thecapital.
