At present, many cities are being in Metro construction.Shield machine hasadvantages of safe excavation, rapid excavation and small settlement of the groundo.So it accounts for a large proportion of in the construction of subway, but inbuilt-up City, shield tunnel construction will inevitably lead to the buildings andground surface settlement. If the shield constructs impropered,it will result in thesurrounding buildings cracks, inclination or even collapse, then it will causedeconomic losses to society. But at present, literatures rarely consider the interactionsof buildings, soil and tunnel on shield construction to analysis the settlement ofbuildings, so it has become the actual engineering problems to be solved.Combining with some metro tunnel construction, This paper studies theinfluence of shield construction on the masonry structure around the metro. First ofall, according to the subway shield construction project, this paper constructs a threedimension finite element model and contrast the three dimensional simulationresults and the monitoring data. Verify the feasibility of the modeling method andthe reliability of data. This paper also combining the monitoring data and thesimulation results of shield tunnel to analysis the influence of the shieldconstruction on building. Then consider the influence of shield construction onbuildings under different influence factors.1. Set up three-dimensional model that building is located directly above thetunnel and model that building axis is parallel to the axis of the tunnel.Analysis thesedimentation value, settlement difference and bending along the length directionï¼›2.Analysis the influence of disturbance range on buildings and ground surfaceï¼›3.Analysis the sedimentation value and settlement difference changes with theshield constructing when the support force on excavation face is too large or toosmallï¼›4. According to different excavation step of shield construction,this paperanalysis the sedimentation value of buildings and ground surfaceï¼›5. Analysis the influence of structure stiffness on building settlement.Thebuilding stiffness can adjust the uneven settlement of buildings.
