| Diesel high pressure common rail system is a new technology of diesel enginefuel injection system that use computer control technology and sensor technology.Our research of high pressure common rail system is meaningful to the developmentof internal combustion engine industry.Based on the full study of literature in home and abroad, this subject are analysedand discussed from the system composition, working principle of each part, basiccontrol theory, hardware, software and control strategies, and developed a set ofmultifunction electric control system that used for a test engine with high pressurecommon rail diesel engine. The test engine is different from the general diesel engine.Its test cylinder has independent oil intake and exhaust system, but the test cylider’sstate relies on the work cylinders.In order to make the electric control system can be used in the test engine, wetransformed the hardware part to make sure that the JCRT electric control unitoriginally applied in the vehicle can be compatible with the laboratory environment.Control strategy is the core of the control software. In the part of controlstrategies, after the analysis of the basic control theory and control strategies, thispaper make the injection quantity control strategy, the injection timing control strategy,the rail pressure control strategy and the multiple jet control strategy of differentconditions.After the analysis of the electric control unit’s control software, we modified thesystem according to the characteristics of the test engine.Finally, we tested the multifunctional electric control system through the benchtest and analyzed the system by the obtained data. The results show that the testengine can work according to the intended target. |
