The Research On Lean Management Application Pattern And Method Based On Electric Power Enterprise

Lean production is the world’s advanced managerial tools. It is a kind of theexcellent managerial theory and concept, problem-solving ideas and methods, whichis proved through the application and practice from lots of domestic and abroadindustries and enterprises. Electric power industry is a relatively special industry,which is facing the change of environment and the internal and external higherrequirements. Therefore, it is necessary and needed to improve electric powerenterprise core competitiveness, to better fulfill the social responsibility of theenterprise, to improve the level of management and economic benefits and to explorethose more effective managerial modes.This paper mainly focuses on the research for the application methods andimplementation mode of lean production in electric power enterprise. To profoundlyanalyze and discuss several problems with the theory and concept of lean production,which are its availability, with what, in which and how to use. Those thingsabove-mentioned establish theoretical basis for specific application of lean production.This paper, meanwhile, discusses and perfects a serial of project application mode oflean production which is suitable for eight steps of the mode through an effectivecombination of the electric power industry, lean production, project management.Each step reflects the essence of lean production with the thought and relevant toolsof project management.This paper states my own opinions and practical basis with the combination oflean production concept and actual production from the electric power enterprise,which provides valuable experience for the real operation and implementation of leanproduction.Finally, this paper introduces myself hosted and participated the whole leanproduction project of ten kilo-volt fault repair. This project involves many internalmanagerial aspects and social responsibility of user services. The application modethis paper discussed has achieved satisfied efforts, and which has been asymbolization of the electric power industry.
