Lean production(Lean production)is not only a production improvement technology,but also an advanced management idea,and it is also a kind of enterprise culture,which originated from the TOYOTA production mode of Toyota Corporation.Its purpose is to eliminate all waste in the operation of the enterprise,and to make full use of all resources of the enterprise at low cost,efficiently and comprehensively so as to maximize the efficiency and respond quickly to the needs of customers.EC is a foreign automotive parts company.It is the world's leading supplier of electronics and technology for passenger cars,commercial vehicles and other market segments.It has been a strong competitive edge in the automotive parts industry.But the beginning of the twenty-first Century,the domestic enterprises are developing rapidly,and at the same time,they are faced with the demand of many varieties and small quantities.The competitive advantage of EC and the advantages of the original manufacturing system are not obvious.It is imperative to vigorously promote lean production.According to the EC company production status,to study some content of production active in EC shop-floor with lean management method,which is including layout,material flow and equipment efficiency and so on.Through a preliminary diagnosis,it found that some issues happened to production efficiency,so that the production management is confusion,the process of production need to spend much more time on producing.In addition,layout is unreasonable,and the maintenance equipment is lack of daily check in detail,the both of question is also obvious.Related to operators,they are lack of knowledge of lean production,so they don't deal with the small issue of production by themselves.According to the existing problems the cause of problem diagnosis,while EC consider company's own interests and weak parts,EC decide to implement the way of lean production,such as improve production efficiency,implement time-study and 5s Technics to optimized it from starting of basis of lean production management;SMED reduce delivery time,improve on time delivery rate;TPM technology improve the overall efficiency of equipment,reduce equipment downtime;The application of systematic lean production tools lays a good foundation for the construction of subsequent lean factories.In order to effectively implement the lean production management method,the security system,incentive mechanism and training system should be established.Finally,this paper points out the deficiencies in this research and some aspects should be studied in the future.
