Research On Construction Process Control Of Landscape Greening Projects

Cost management, schedule management and quality management arethroughout the entire project management process. Similarly, in the implementation oflandscaping projects, cost, schedule, and quality have direct influence on the qualityof the whole project and are the main content and objective of the implementationcontrol. The construction phase of landscaping projects is the key link, determiningthe success of the entire project. Therefore, cost management, schedule managementand quality management in the construction phase of landscaping engineering is asubject of great significance and worthy of in-depth study.Starting from the construction phase of landscaping projects, this paper firstintroduced project management theories and practices both at home and abroad,expounded the significance and content of project process control, studied andanalyzed problems that exists in actual practices in the construction process control oflandscaping projects, and then elaborated on the three important aspects in processcontrol of landscaping projects: cost management, schedule management and qualitymanagement.In the end, the author cited the example of East Lake Garden landscaping projectin Gansu province and its construction process control as the proof to support thecorrectness of feasibility of his theoretical views.
