Currently, the high-rise building are constructed as frame, frame-shear walland shear wall structure in many cities. Although the frame structure with flexiblelayout features, the structure has poor lateral force resisting performance and stiffness,especially in the case of irregular column grid, the maximum displacement and angledisplacement between the structural layer is difficult to meet the requirements. As toframe-shear wall structure, the structure has better anti-lateral load performance andstiffness than frame structure and easy to form the double line of defense to theearthquake included frame and shear wall, but in the calculation and layout, it is easyto be influenced by the limitations of the building layout, the arrangement is notflexible. In this paper, we consider setting up a small amount of shear wall at the fourcorners of the frame from the point of view of the entire design, enhanced lateralstiffness and torsional rigidity to meet the building layout requirements.Firstly this article clarify the basic structure system of the high-rise buildingand the methods established by the domestic and foreign experts and scholars todesign frame, frame-shear wall structure. Secondly, through the multi-caseearthquake static elastic response spectrum analysis and the rare earthquakeelasto-plastic static analysis of a frame-shear wall structure instance in Tianjin, wedraw the following conclusions:(1)We conduct static and elastic response spectrum analysis of the high-risebuilding structure, assess the actual anti-seismic capacity of high-rise buildings andthe mechanical indicators, comparing the influence of different wall length of thestructure to the mechanical properties and indicators and then obtain best length of theshear wall.(2)We conduct static and elasto-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake, andthen conduct the stress analysis and destruction calculation as well as anti-Collapseanalysis to frame-shear wall structure without shear wall ear and then compared tomechanical properties of frame structure with less shear wall in four corners and thenobtain best length of the shear wall.The conclusion of the analysis can play a reference to the design of theframe-with less shear wall structure system.
