High-rise buildings is a significant symbol to reflect the progress and economicprosperity of a city and a country. At present the primary frame our country’shigh-rise buildings adopt is reinforced concrete frame. Its has the advantages of highstrength, good seismic performance, favorable plasticity, etc. In high-rise buildings,reinforced concrete frame--shear wall structure system can provide major use spaceand has good resisting later capacity, being used for all kinds of architectures. It isan important matter to properly work out the quantity and layout of shear walls. Itrelates to the safety of structure and technical economy rationality.In practical structure design, the design of shear wall and structure is generallybased on the experience of the designer; then it is adjusted according to the standardafter analog computation. The process is time-consuming and aimless, failing toform a unified and efficient cognition on structure design. Thus, we take advantageof conceptual design principle in the study of frame--shear wall structure safety.After repeated computational analysis, the safety and reasonability can be improved.This thesis firstly gets a certain understanding of the optimization theory andanalytical method of frame-shear wall structure, through reading and consultingdomestic and overseas document of recent years. This thesis involves the followingwork, based on the impact that reasonable shear wall position and its number exertson the structural stiffness and lateral level.(1)According to the building scheme, meeting the requirement of structuredesign, choosing four different shear wall to layout the model, conducting modelingand analysis by the use of finite element analysis software SAP2000and PMCADSATWE.(2)Analyzing and calculating the internal force and displacement of theframe-shear wall structure, by respectively adopting the formation responsespectrum method of SAP2000and SATWE. Comparing the shear weight ratio, rigidity-to-gravity ration, period ratio, elastic interstory drift ration and otherparameter. Estimating the rationality of the shear-wall layout of each model, thenchoosing the most suitable model. Preliminarily discussing the co-working betweenframe and shear walls; and respectively reaching the reasonable analysis of shearwall made by the two finite element analysis softwares.(3)Comparing the analyzing result of SAP2000and SATWE and explainingthe parameter selection relationship in the process of the two softwares’ analysis.Reaching the proper quantity of shear walls and layout conclusions by combiningthe analysis outcomes from allied softwares. Providing some useful suggestion forthe application of frame-shear wall structure in practical engineering.
