| Existing retaining wall after a period of using, because of the degradation ofanchorage structure’s working performance or with the change of use conditions, suchas top loading and toe cutting,will cause that the retaining bolt can no longer actuallyprovide sufficient support,or meet the specified slope stability safety coefficient.It isnecessary for second reinforcement.Based on relevant specification on reinforcement, strengthening existing anchoredretaining wall with anchor reinforcement method is the best solution.The new anchorwill diminish he space between anchors.When the space is smaller,the tensiontransferred by neighbouring anchor can cause stress superposition in rock and earthmass and then the increase of anchor displacement and thereby reducing of the upliftresistance, this phenomenon is anchor groupeffect we usually say.At present the study on retaining wall reinforcement problem is very limited.Through plenty of reading and comprehensive analysis on pre-existing related literatureat home and abroad, the paper preliminarily researched the anchor group effectappeared in reinforcing the retaining bolt.According to failure mechanism of the systemof anchor group and the analysis method of the resistance of pile group, the paperdeduces the calculation method of the ultimate bearing capacity of the resistance to pullof a single anchor, and puts forward the concepts of reduction factor of anchor groupeffect and the measure of adding the anchorage segment’s depth of new anchors toreduce anchor group effect.Secondly, the results,of theoretical calculation and numericalsimulation analysis of rock mass destruction with the help of analysis softwareFLAC3D,validates the measure’s effectiveness.Finally, the concrete process instancereflects that it is practical that the calculation method of the ultimate bearing capacity ofthe resistance to pull of a single anchor,with anchor group effectconsidered.This paper is a process of primary discussed of anchor reinforcement, and putsforward the relevant calculation method of eduction factor of anchor group effect toensure the safety of reinforcement design calculation. This paper studies on the designmethod of the existing retaining wall reinforcement can provide methodologicalguidance in design methods of other types of existing anchoring constructionreinforcement, and also play a complementary role in the design theory of reinforcement. |
