The Evaluation for environment effect of water source heat pump tail-water’sreceiving water can provide decision-making for water environment quality’s rating andsupport for the project of energy saving and emission reduction in China.This paper discusses the comprehensive evaluation method related to the system,the establishment of the evaluation index system and the evaluation based on BP neuralnetwork. According to the national regulations and standards about water quality, thesystem of evaluation index is built which includes chemical factors and ecologicalelements. Using on the measured data of receiving water receiving water source heatpump tail-water and the comprehensive evaluation, the evaluation model based on theimproved BP neural network algorithm is constructed for environment effect of watersource heat pump tail-water’s receiving water, then the design plan of system, structureand working process of each module, evaluation is put forward. Based on the above, it’srealized the whole evaluation of function of the system.so as to realize the whole systemfunction.This system contains two key techniques, the establishment of the evaluation indexsystem and constructing the evaluation model based on BP neural network. For solvingthis problem, the evaluation index system is established according to the relevantstandard. Combined with the water source heat pump tail water discharge to the actualsituation of ecological effects, the momentum factor is introduced to the weight matrixand threshold matrix adjustment formula and the BP neural network algorithm isimproved by using the additional momentum and variable learning rate method whichcan enhance the reliability and stability and increase the speed of training. On this basis,the comprehensive evaluation model based on the improved BP neural networkalgorithm is implemented.By the above work, using Visual C#and Mysql database, the environmental impactassessment system for water receiving the tail-water of water source heat pump isdesigned and developed which is based on the improved BP neural network. The systemsoftware mainly includes comprehensive evaluation module, index system evaluationmethod of constructing module, evaluation results and suggestions module. At the sametime, it’s confirmed the correctness of the evaluation software through Comparing withthe results of the AHP evaluation method of comparison. The software is tested by the measured data of receiving water source heat pump ofthe lake in Chongqing. The test results show that, the software based on the improvedBP algorithm can assess the water environment quality objectively and rapidlyassessment. The training error reaches about5%and verifies its effectiveness; theresults of the software’s prediction are compared with the results which is gained by theAHP method, which verifies the feasibility and correctness of the evaluation software.
