Servo precision drive system have wide applications in all fields such as modernindustry, national defense, space technology and so on. It become one of theindispensable part of the fields. With the development of ac servo technology, the acservo system will become a development direction in the future. At present, precisiongear transmission and PMSM have made great progress in their respective fields.However, Adverse conditions or accidents will happen when the PMSM and precisiontransmission system is in use. For example, the mechanical resonance and nonlinearproperty existed in the system can affect the dynamic of system, stability behavior andreduce the system precision.And on this basis, the electromechanical coupling accuracy property of PMSM andprecision transmission system are researched. Therefore, the main research are asfollows:①The electromechanical coupling factors in system are pointed out throughanalysis, the interaction of the factors of the PMAM, precision gear transmission andthe load system are researched. The electromechanical coupling accuracy analysis ofPMSM and precision transmission system have been researched. The electromechanicalCoupling analysis method is proposed.②Through the analysis of electromechanical coupling in PMSM and precisiontransmission system.To set up a system of permanent magnet ac motor-precision geartransmission system of mechanical and electrical coupling relationship diagram,through the dynamics analysis, the permanent magnet ac motor and the precise geartransmission system’s mathematical model is established.③From the perspective of electromechanical system global coupling analysistheory, the electromechanical coupling mathematical model of permanent magnet acservo precision drive system is established. With Matlab-simulink software,the servoprecision drive system simulation model is established, and the simulation result revealsthe system stiffness, transmission error, clearance and dead zone nonlinear factorsimpact on system performance and precision process.
