AC servo precision drive system is widely used in modern industry and nationaldefense science and technology. The AC servo precision drive system is a combinationprocess such as machine, electricity, fluid. It is full of many subsystems including lotsof physical processes and a complex electromechanical system coupled by variousforms of energy. The dynamic characteristics of AC servo precision drive system in theprocess of operation, are influenced by the electromechanical coupling of eachsubsystem and the input.In this paper, the mathematical model of permanent magnet ac servo motor and thevector control are expounded and the coupling analysis of the complex globalmechanical and electrical servo system are analyzed. Existing modeling methods of ACservo driving system are summarized, analyzed the application of bond graph theory inmechanical and electrical coupling analysis. Eventually the global coupling model ofpermanent magnet AC servo drive system is established based on bond graph theoryand the simulation analysis are carried out.Thefollowing research results are achieved,①The working principle,mathematicalmodel and the vector control of permanent magnet AC servo motor are analyzed andalso the form of the complex electromechanical coupling in servo system. The analysismethod of global mechanical and electrical coupling are summarized. Furthersummarize of the servo precision drive system electromechanical coupling modelingmethods is carried on. the problems of various modeling method of electromechanicalcoupling are pointed out and the modeling method based on bond graph theory isproposed.②The basic theory of bond graph is explained and the application the bondgraph theory of mechanical and electrical coupling analysis are analyzed. Theclassification principles and modeling methods of subsystems in complexelectromechanical system are pointed out, focus on the modeling of precisiontransmission device of precision drive system based on the bond graph modeling.③Themodeling of each subsystem in the permanent magnet AC servo drive system arecompleted. the signal flow model of control part of permanent magnet AC servo systemand the bond graph model AC servo motor model are set up. The working principle ofthe planetary2K-V gear is analyzed at the same time the bond graph model of theplanetary2K-V gear is set up.④The global coupling model of permanent magnet AC servo drive system is established based on software platform20-Sim And the simulationis carried on, which reveal the conclusion that bond graph modeling method is feasiblein mechanical and electrical coupling analysis of AC servo precision drive system anddamping of the system load is too large, poor dynamic performance of the system willperform.
