The paper introduces a design of heating energy smart control system. The system can realize intelligent control of heating and achieve the effect of energy saving. In the system, it tests the water temperature of in and out heating pipe system, the flow rate, pressure parameters through the real-time detection. The variable which is got from the detection will be calculated through the self-adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm calculation first, and it eventually outputs0~20mA industrial standard current signal by the PWM pulse width modulation circuit. This signal can control the frequency converter to realize the pump variable-frequency operation. It has a remarkable energy saving effect. This design makes the realization of each subsystem distributed control by the RS485interface (including Effluent water pump, Return water pump, water supply pump energy control) and makes the purpose of controlling the heating water cycle pump energy come true.Nonlinear,How to deal with the nonlinear and overshoot is always the big problem of people try to avoid. So in this design, puts forward the self-adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm parameters calculating method. This method can be applied into the heating energy saving control system. It can not only ensure the speed of variable parameters adjustment but also can satisfy the stability of the system. More important the error of steady-state system is almost zero.The results can show that the control system has stable performance, strong anti-interference ability, and can achieve the purpose of energy-saving and intelligent control.
