Recent years,with the social economy development,China is facing with two major problems: energy shortage and environmental pollution.In order to respond to the national call of the development of energy conservation,emission reduction and clean renewable energy,the wind energy heat pump technology was put forward to solve the environmental problem of coal-fired boilers pollution and break through bottleneck of the utilization of renewable energy.Wind turbine heating control strategy is more difficult than wind turbine generator due to the thermal hysteresis.In order to study the control strategy of the system,a mathematical model of 100 k W wind turbine heating unit was established,and the simulation platform of the unit was built by using Matlab/Simulink.Through the analysis of the components of the unit,it found that the control difficulty of the system is the matching of the wind turbine and heat pump compressor,which include the correspondence between the speed and the compressor loading position,and the control of the pitch angle of the wind turbine and the opening of the electronic expansion valve.A compound wind speed model which is consistent with actual wind was obtained through simulation,considering the characteristics of wind speed comprehensively.On the basis of modern control theory,the fuzzy control of three main parts was analyzed.The fuzzy control module was added into the control system of the wind turbine heat unit,and the simulation operation of the unit was carried out under the compound wind speed model.The results show that when the wind speed change,the pitch angle adjusted by the fuzzy control decreased with the increase of the rotating speed,and the response time is short.Compressor load could be well matched according to the speed,which let the unit fast switch into full load operation.The electronic expansion valve could precisely adjust by the superheat of the evaporator outlet to ensure the safety.The actual 100 k W wind turbine heating unit control of the demonstration project developed by the IET was analyzed and provided practical experience for exploring the MW wind turbine heating system.Figure 62;Table 17;Reference 63...
