| With people’s living standards improving, coaches have become an important travelling tool for people’s daily life, the requirement of comfort is continuously rising. Accordingly, in order to meet the needs of the consumers’need, the more attention of NVH characteristics of coaches’reducing vibration and noise are paid by the automobile manufacturers, which has became an important index of coach’s design at present.Under the guidance of relevant finite element analysis theory and vibration and noise theory, the coach body response analysis technique, body and sound field modal analysis and ATV are used in this paper.At the same time, the structure’s frequency response is adopted,too. More, the experiment of the coach is taken to find the source of the noise inside. Finally, an improved optimized scheme on the vibration and noise of the body structure is put forward. Concreting research content includes following:A body structure of finite element model is set up, more importantly, not only the precision of the calculation is ensured but also the computer resource is saved. The coach structure and acoustic cavity modal is calculated. The influencing factors in body noise are considered in the way of structural parameters. In the way of ATV, the parts that make more contributions to the noise are found. |
