In the process of high way transportation, Shock and vibration from the transport environment could lead to the damage of the products in the function or structure. The cushion packaging is the main damping measures that could prevent the damage to the goods from external force. Currently, packaging dynamics pay more attention on the buffering cushion while less++attention on pavement, the carrier and the other factors during transportation. Therefore, a transportation packaging system contains pavement, goods, packaging and the vehicle was built and the influencing factors of packaging reliability were studied from the system point of view in this paper.First of all, stochastic road and pulse road were rebuilt according to the classification of road excitation. The road roughness was built by the method of filtered white noise. The establishment of3D stochastic road was based on the structure and principles of3D stochastic road in ADAMS software. After the verification of roughness power spectrum and coherence, the3D stochastic road was considered to meet the relevant requirements.Secondly, cushion packaging usually simplified as spring-damper model, there were some limitations when modeling cushion packaging system. In this paper, the cushion packaging system was seen as a flexible body coupled with transport vehicles in rigid-flexible coupling system. The parameters of cushion packaging material were obtained by static compress test, and the MNF file of the cushion packaging was established by finite element software. Then, the transportation packaging system which based on the rigid-flexible coupling system was established by ADAMS/CAR software. After the calibration of the model, it was proven that the model meets the requirements of ride simulation.Finally, ride comfort analysis and simulation of the transportation packaging system under3D stochastic road and pulse road were based on GB/T4970-2009" Method of running test-Automotive ride comfort". The impact of different speeds, different road roughness on ride comfort was studied and the packaging reliability of the goods was discussed. The result could provide a theoretical reference to the theoretical study on goods damage evaluation and cushion packaging dynamical theory.
